Booking Cancellation Policy and FAQ

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice.

Consultation Rescheduling Policy

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 15% of the reserved services or $10, whichever is more.

Commumental LC will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

Consultation Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, Commumental LC may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the cancellation fee (equal to 15% of the reserved services or $10, whichever is more) will apply.

Consultation Payment Policy

Commumental LC requires a credit card to hold your appointment. 

Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

We can get your website launched within 10-14 days. Our websites are fully-optimized and built to convert— whether into bookings, sales, or both. Not to mention our WordPress website packages include ongoing site support and maintenance. So, your website is guaranteed to stay backed up, relevant, and malware-free.

How do I get Commumental to design my site?

First things first, select between our Annual and Monthly web design plans and purchase. Second, complete our Onboarding Form. You can review our Website Design and Hosting Agreement to get a grasp of our terms.

When do I pay?

All Commumental projects begin paid in full whether you select an annual plan or monthly plan. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Does Commumental only design WordPress websites?

Nope! While Commumental’s fully designed and hosted websites are powered by WordPress, we are also official Shopify Partners. We recommend Shopify for our ecommerce clients and can get your online shop running in 5 to 10 business days.

How does billing work?

Commumental LC WordPress packages are either billed annually or monthly. You are free to cancel at any time. Prices are locked in for 1 year upon the activation of your subscription.

Please note, prices are subject to change, but all clients will receive advanced notice of any and all changes.

How can I cancel my plan?

Monthly clients can cancel their plan at any time with an email to our customer service (hello@commumental.com).

Please note, after cancellation of your package, you are responsible for covering the cost of any hosting, theme, and plugin fees used on your site. Services will end at the time of cancellation.

Who writes the content for my site?

You help us to write the copy you need when you complete our Onboarding Form! Be sure to take the time to summarize your business along with uploading your media.

Please note: You can make any adjustments to the copy developed.

Will my website be hosted with you?

Yes! Allowing Commumental LC to host your website is highly recommended if you’d like to take advantage of our fast, reliable, and security features. Plus, you only have one bill when it comes to your fully-designed website.

How do I request support?

You’ll have access to the Support Center where you can submit a support request ticket. Or you can directly contact Commumental by sending an email to hello@commumental.com or text/call to 313-312-4050.

What do you consider “Additional Support” or a request?

Additional support or requests are content changes made to your website. A few examples of common changes are adding or removing pages, uploading new blog posts and/or images. Please note, that each package includes varying retainer hours for additional support.

Will Commumental maintain my site for me?

ALL websites designed by Commumental include standard support and maintenance. In need of extra website maintenance? Commumental provides on-going support for your website such as content curation and monthly reporting.

What are your one-time support rates?

For technical support, content development, and revisions, we bill an hourly rate of $35. Commumental LC requires 100% payment of the quoted amount before beginning any work.

What's included in the maintenance report?

Each month you’ll receive a detailed maintenance report that includes details about stored backups, updates that were completed, optimizations that were completed, analytics data, and security scans.

What can I use my support time for?

Support time can be used for content updates, design updates, graphic design, bug fixes, or just getting extra advice in a consultation.

Please note: overages are billed at the standard rate of $35 an hour.
